I’m Kate O’Connor and I am excited to guide you through your ketogenic journey to wellness. I am a registered nurse with over 20 years of patient care experience and 5 years in medical research, a dedicated mother and active grandmother to 3 young grandchildren, a business owner, and a reiki practitioner. I also have a passion for cooking and keto/nutritional research, and feel called to support others in healing through a ketogenic lifestyle.
