Duck Fat Chocolate Chip Cookies


  • 2 cups almond flour
  • ¾ cup duck fat
  • ¾ Liy’s dark chocolate stevia chips
  • ¾ cup sugar substitute such as Swerve or xylitol (use a little less if using xylitol)
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp white vinegar
  • 1 egg
  • Pinch of sea salt


Preheat oven to 350 F.

Line cookie sheets with parchment paper. Mix together all the ingredients except chocolate chips and combine well. Stir in chocolate chips.

Drop round tablespoons of dough onto parchment and bake 12-15 mins or until golden brown. Allow to cool before removing from cookie sheet.
