Ingredients:
- 1 cup no-sugar peanut butter
- T Tbsp melted coconut oil
- 1 Tbsp Cocoa powder (no sugar)
- ¼ cup Swerve or less to taste
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
Directions:
Fill mini muffin cups ½ way with peanut butter and freeze.
When PB is hardened, mix cocoa powder with the melted coconut oil. Add vanilla extract and Swerve. Freeze until hardened. Store in freezer
