Jodi’s Fat Bombs


  • 1 cup no-sugar peanut butter
  • T Tbsp melted coconut oil
  • 1 Tbsp Cocoa powder (no sugar)
  • ¼ cup Swerve or less to taste
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract


Fill mini muffin cups ½ way with peanut butter and freeze.
When PB is hardened, mix cocoa powder with the melted coconut oil. Add vanilla extract and Swerve. Freeze until hardened. Store in freezer
