Pickle Brined Chicken Wings


  • No sugar added dill pickle juice
  • 2 pounds chicken wings 
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Preheat oven to 325 F.

Cut wings in half at the joint. Place in a bowl and cover completely with pickle juice.

Marinate for 8-32 hours (the longer, the more flavorful).

Drain from marinade and spread on a baking sheet covered in parchment paper. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Bake for 35 minutes. Then turn the temperature up to 350 and bake for another 20 minutes until crispy.

Serve with homemade ranch or blue cheese dressing.
